Dahi Ke Kebab


Kebab

   One of the most delicate dishes you have ever tasted in your life with a very light and subtle taste.





Ingredients

1/2 cup hung curds chakka dahi
1 1/4 cups grated paneer cottage cheese
1/2 cup fried onions
3 tbsp chopped cashewnuts kaju
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania
5 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
pinch aof sugar
  


Instructions
  1. Roast gram flour till light golden. Set aside to cool down.
  2. Take all ingredients in a bowl except oil and mix well.
  3. Wet your hands with water, take small portion and shape it into patties. Coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Cook the kabab till golden on both sides.
  5. Serve.
