Tawa Chicken

This is Tawa chicken and it definitely needs introduction as it is really a good dish with lovely flavour and dhaba tadka in taste .It is best in taste when eaten with rumali roti and onions upon .It is very amazing and is most popular in northern states specially U.P and Bihar .This is what it looks like

               
  Servings-4

Ingredients: 
Chicken - 500 gm
Onions - 2(finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 1/2 (chopped/pureed)
Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - !/2 tablespoon
Chilli powder - 2 tablespoon
Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoon
Methi dana (fenugreek seeds) - 1/2 tablespoon
Cream - ½ cup
Red chillies -2 whole
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Salt - to taste
Directions: 
 Take some oil on a tawa/pan. Add methi dana (fenugreek seeds) and fry well.
 Add chopped onion and sauté it.
Add the tomatoes, ginger- garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder and sauté.
Then add chicken, cream, lemon juice and let the chicken cook.
 After chicken is cooked, chopped coriander leaves and whole red chillies. Cook for only 2 minutes.
Chicken tawa is ready to be served.
Footnotes: 
if you want u can add cube cut capsicum/onion to it.
