Dahi Ke Kebab
Kebab One of the most delicate dishes you have ever tasted in your life with a very light and subtle taste. Ingredients 1/2 cup hung curds chakka dahi 1 1/4 cups grated paneer cottage cheese 1/2 cup fried onions 3 tbsp chopped cashewnuts kaju 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander dhania 5 tbsp bread crumbs 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies pinch aof sugar salt to taste bread crumbs for rolling Instructions Roast gram flour till light golden. Set aside to cool down. Take all ingredients in a bowl except oil and mix well. Wet your hands with water, take small portion and shape it into patties. Coat in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan. Cook the kabab till golden on both sides. Serve.
